DEFY rated no.1 most USELESS!!!

If I could rate Defy less than 1 star (like no star) I would because their after sales service is absolutely terribly, actually it is just nonexistent. If your appliance breaks and you send it in and want to wait at least 5 months for them to do absolute NOTHING then Defy is your go to! I have actually never experienced anything like it and would only recommend it to those who have nothing better to do than spend hours and days and months on the phone. They never call you back when they say they will and then when you eventfully call them they are still on the same status as what they were when you called them the last time. What a crock of **** this company is.

DEFY if you are reading this or plan to respond, rather just keep your piece of ******* machine and give me my money back, I am tired of wasting my time and money on trying to get you to do your job.

I feel kind of weird leaving my contact details here cause its pointless, DEFY never calls you back anyway, but lets see what happens, I am not holding my breath.
