defy promotion is misleading - TCL marketing

<p>hi</p> <p>defy appliances are currently having a holiday promotion whereby if you purchase a defy washing machine or dryer you are guaranteed a free holiday. i have purchased a washing machine and was given a voucher code that i had to sms. I did that and i had a sms reply stating that a marketing agent will call me and give me a email address with all necessary documents attached which i needed to fill in and email back. i was told that someone will get back to me in 10 working days. i am now waiting for over 20 days and no one has gotten back to me. when i call the marketing cmpany which is TCL marketing i am told that they have a back log of bookings and will have someone call me back. its the third time that i have called so far and was promised to have someone call me but no one has. </p> <p> </p> <p>Also it seems like no one knows about this promotion. I tried calling Defy itself and when i asked to be put through their marketing division i hold on for quiet some time and then the call gets cut off.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there really a promotion or was this just to get customers to buy the goods..</p> <p> </p> <p>very dissatissfied with the service..</p>
