Defy Product Is disappointing me😡
Bought a Defy 555L Side-By-Side Fridge F740 on the 18th of October from Hirsch’s in strubensvalei and I have to say I’m not happy, this thing is loud and when trying to balance one side of it the sound stops. I find myself in a regret position and not sure what to do

Please check the fridge if it is standing on its feet , if yes then check front feet if they are levelled using the adjustable feet and floor is also even as this does contribute to vibrations or noise.
Also check that your contents of your unit are properly placed.
