Defy product are ****

I am so regretfully disappointed at the service and appealing treatment I received at this shop. I bought a defy microwave at this shop in 18/2/2021 expecting the best out of this product ,to my surprise hardly three months the microwave just stopped working ,when I return the microwave to the shop I was told it will go for repairs. This microwave I have used it not more than 10 times hence I am never home. The manager was so rude forcing me to accept that this microwave will most probably just be repaired since its not up to them. This is a product I bought cash from their shop as brand new in the past 2 months. I believe they gave me a product that came back from another client since the box itself was open and recealed with a brown tape when I got the microwave. I cannot buy a brand new microwave in les two to three months its just dead and it will go for repairs. I erge people to stay away from this shop since they don't even care about customer service. When your money is in their hands they just dont care. As for Defy I am never buying any other product from them. Their products are just not up to scratch.
