Defy poor service and poor quality

I ordered a defy fridge model dff439 though a reputable retailer. It took defy almost a month to deliver the fridge to retailer I purchased it from. They kept promising today tomorow the usual lies you know. I finally received delivery of my fridge on yesterday 13 August 2020.i was really happy as I finally got what iv been waiting for. The fridge is well over the R11000 mark. When I get home I hear this really annoying sound and guess what the fridge is got a problem. Like really I waited almost a month for delivery and now that I have it not even for a day it is giving me problems. I wonder what are they going to do now even if they come out how long will that take probably like forever. Really disappointed with this brand. I got rid of my hisense double door side by side fridge freezer thinking I'm buying a much better brand which will be of high quality and workmanship but only to be disappointed.
