Defy poor service

Morning

I purchased a twin tub washing machine from game on 27/07/2027 on the 13/05/2025 i reported that the spin is not working they defy send out a technician on the 15/05/2025 to repair the machine when my wife did washing on the weekend the spin was not working right i then reported it again on the 19/05/2025 defy send out a technician on the 20 /05/2025 the machine was stil not right i reported it again on the 29/05/2025 after numerous phone calls i still dont have a answer i am without a machine for almost 3 weeks what should i do to solve this problem pls advice as this machine is still under warranty from defy
