DEFY - POOR POOR lack of Service!!!

I bought a Defy DTL160 14kg Top Loader Washing Machine from OK Furniture in Vredendal in July 2022. Three weeks back the machine started to give problems and I reported it to the sales lady at OK Furniture. She informed the Service Department at Defy as the machine is still under warranty. They would have send a technician out already to investigate but still no luck! POOR POOR lack of Service!!!
