Defy Poor design On Inox 14 place dishwasher

I bought Defy dishwasher on Saturday for R7900, had it delivered by Makro on Monday only to have the cap on their water inlet pipe doesn't grip hence the water couldn't be switched on. while also attempting to tighten the pipe I realized the filter design is very easily removed and fell into my pipe as well. i hate that I bought this machine and now already I have to wait on a technician to come check a cap so I can get my money back. this is total waste of my time.I regret not buying bosch because I had read about how poor Defy's design is and now I experienced it first hand. to me this is the worst experience yet because this machine failed because of such a small reason.we cannot pay this much for a product so poorly designed. I didn't even want them to fix anything because a machine which fails for such small reasons will in my mind give me problems later. so never buying Defy again.
