Defy Polokwane bad service

I contacted Defy Polokwane and spoke to Emmanuelle in charge of parts. I sent him photos and codes of the fittings and the lamp I was looking for (for my extractor lights).

He sent me a part number and after about two weeks of constant attempts I got a a quote and arranged with a courier to pick up the parts. Today I opened them and they sent me a complete set of fittings and globe. The new parts are for 12VDC and the old ones are 240VAC as clearly shown in my photos.

Most pathetic service from such a big company. Very unprofessional and clearly ***********.

Sent them photos of the parts I received next to the ones I requested. The are nothing alike and not nearly the same size.
