defy polokwane

I bought a defy fridge from ok furnuture shop in jane furse december 2017. since then the fridge has been giving us a problem. Defy polokwane came three times to look at the fridge and fix it. still now the fridge is not working properly. I need the fridge to be replaced with the new one but defy polokwane is draging their feet its five months now and this matter has not been resolved.
