Defy pathetic service and products

I am deeply disappointed in your service and appliance. I bought a Defy washing machine in 2018. I had it fir a fee months then the hammering/tapping sounds started. I have reported this to my nearest Game store, and they logged a callout for a Defy technician, I logged a a callout again during this year but both technicians can't seem to find a thing wrong. They did not even open the machine, just listened and said they can't hear anything unusual. The tapping sound have since become louder and the machine just sounds sick. I am so careful with the washing loads but even with the smallest load, the hammering sound continues. I am at the point of taking it back to the store where I had purchased it from, as I don't want this machine anymore.
