Defy & OK Furniture Don't buy It!!!

I bought a Defy bottom freezer fridge from OK Furniture in Heidelberg Gauteng on 04/04/2015. At the date of 15/04/2015 the Technician from Defy had to came and fix my fridge because I had a complaint that the fridge was not working. Barely 3 months since I bought this fridge I was having the same problem. I logged the complaint and neither OK Furnitures nor Defy would help me delightfully. OK Furniture's branch manager said the problem is out of their hands, and the technician from Defy said that they will take the fridge for repairs and would only be able to come and collect the fridge in about a week's time.<br> I am utmost disappointed in this product from Defy, and also fed-up with the after sales service from OK furnitures.<br> In the process of me having bought a brand new fridge and stocked it up with groceries twice in barley 3 months and suffered a loss of food going to waist, That's no laughing matter. <br> I'm posting this complaint on the date of 11/06/2015
