Defy - not so trusted brand

I bought a new washing machine less than 6 months ago, it broke almost 2 months ago. To date I have not received any assistance. The Richards bay branch have been trying to get the parts for my machine to be repaired to no avail. I am very disappointed with Defy as they do not feel the need to provide any customer service. My job number is ***. I would appreciate any assistance before I take this matter to the National Consumer Commission as my washing machine is still under warranty. I have been following up with Urisha from Richards bay who tried her best to assist but there is no development on this matter. Defy should be ashamed of themselves as a trusted brand.
