DEFY NOT RELIABLE ANYMORE
I bought a defy washing machine in July 2022from MAKRO Springfield. I logged a complaint on the 2nd July2023 but the technician 7th July 2023 Friday afternoon.The technician did not assist since the problem is persisting.the machine drum is always left with water and soap and it doesn’t complete its function. The technician didn’t even listen to what we were telling him and just advised the rubber is damaged. I paid R8500 my hard earned money on this dysfunctional machine and I’m so inconvenienced by this. The technician was helpless and I need someone else to come and sort this problem
