Defy not reachable on contact center and also online network

I have bought a defy 13 place dishwasher in November 2022 at game the Glen Mall, I have put all the necessary dishwasher salt, rinse aid and the washing tablet but to my surprise the dishes and glasses always come out very wet with a lot of water at the end of every wash which indicates that there was no drying even though the type of wash I selected includes drying. I have tried contacting defy a lot of times just wanting to speak to a consultant who may advise me on how to operate the machine correctly because I assume the machine does not have any fault. Their phone number never take you to the relevant department! I even tried going on to their website where I filled in all my details and attached the proof of purchase together with the serial number but no one got back to me. After supporting defy so much previously, I had faith also in them when buying this dishwasher. I am soo disappointed in the contact center team, it's been a while without getting hold of them. Please defy I need your help
