Defy not bothered buy after sales service warrenty is just writing on a slip.

Been waiting for Defy to come and collect our front loader that was pervious inspected by their technicians we have then logged another call saying it's not fixed but yet again their technicians didn't come out when the appointment was made. The machine is under warranty but taking their time to assist their clients hoping that the warranty will run out by the looks of things. 90% of our appliances are defy and and have never had to deal with the warranty side of things but this experience has changed my view on the brand.
