Defy not a product to rely/trust on

Very very bad service from Defy Appliances I bought a double door fridge from Game that cost me R10000.00 and i bought it cash, its not even 1 year old and it was repaired 4 times. The last repair was in early March and im having the same problem again. Gregg the Area manager is so arrogant and im still waiting for a return phone call after the last repair. I called again today with the same problem and the person i spoke to Cathlene sad she will ask for a technician to come out again for repair number 5 and ask Gregg to call me back and yet im still waiting. My last request was to replace my unit or give my money back.
