Your service suck. I bought a tumble dryer. August 2020. It gets extremely hot, it sounds like the drum is slipping and the rubber at the door keeps slipping of causing the door to open by its own. I have booked a service, i only got a call from very rude people that shouted at one another in the back ground, stating someone from the service desk will phone my and that was 2 weeks ago, till date no one that really care or really interested in my problem has phoned me. Will someone actually phone me before the 12 month warranty expires.

2nd Complaint

Still have the same problems and that after 2 technicians was here.

Like i said in my 1st Complaint i will use the tumble dryer till it stops working Then i will sue Defy to replace.

I was contemplating as to weather i should replace all my appliances with defy but thats not happening

People never phone when they say they will. People are rude. Shout over the phone and in the background. Very rude people
