Defy No One to Repair Fridge

We logged a call with Defy at least two weeks ago to repair our oven and fridge. The team for the oven came out quickly. However, the team for the fridge apparently could not be bothered. No contact. No one has come out. Where is your team? Should we just replace the Defy fridge with a different brand because, frankly, it has been giving us endless problems?
