Defy no guarantees
On 11 Jan 2019 Defy logged service call ********** .
Repair guy came out to inspect and no update since then despite queries to number of the service person.
Defy is pathetic as same 2 replacement parts within 2 months and then within 3 weeks failed and Defy refused to replace.
Thus requested their own repairer to fix. Guess he knows it will just fail soon.
