Defy- no customer care!!!

After my previous review on my broken washing machine; Makro rep****; Defy said they will exchange the machine, but they didn't give me feedback on the date of replacement. They didn't even reply on my last email to Khanyisile Mashaka 4/12 and 7/12. I am really dissapointed with their customer care!
