Defy - Never in my life again!
Bought a 14kg Washing machine in November. Machine is making a noise as from the start. Reported is and received a call on Monday 04/03 to tell me a technician is been appointed. The link where to track the progress is a lot of bull****, because they lie in the updates. op to now, no technician and still a machine thats not 100% right.
