Defy nature light double door fridge

I Bought a defy nature light double door fridge at Game stores at Brits, November 2024, first week of having the fridge delivered, I logged a complaint that the fridge is making a loud noise, sounded like having a generator in the house. Fast forward Feb they sent a technician who after coming out 5 times could not resolve the issue. It’s been 6 terrible months having this generator in my house. Defy has agreed to do a direct replacement of the unit however I need my refund so I can get a different brand. I don’t see myself dealing with this brand ever, service is pathetic & so Is the product. I have been waiting 2 weeks now since they said they would deliver the new unit.
