Defy name goes down bcoz of the employees

Service Centre is bad firstly...Second bad customer service...Third waiting for them to replace shocks on a 15kg washer machine which is 3months old for two weeks....can Defy employees do the job they get paid for.....There is alot of unemployed people who will appreciate their jobs.....
