Defy my pay for my fridge

Im so utterly disgusted by the service we received from Defy. i logged a call last year in december for my Fridge to be fixed as it was hot on the top and cold on one side of the deep freezer. they collected the fridge in Jan & after a month was told that the fridge has been fixed and will be delivered to me. i was charged for call out fee + labour which i paid. i then plugged the freezer and left it on for the night to check the tempperature. the next then the freezer was still the same as when they took it. so i basically paid for nothing. i called back defy and it was a mission to come collect the fridge. eventually they came in feb and promised to give me a replacement fridge to use temporarly. the replacement fridge had no shelf in it which made it impossible to use. i was left without fridge for another month with a useless, dirty,s**** of a fridge taking space in my house. a month later i get a call by Charles claiming they have found the problem and it has been fixed. my fridge was delivered yesterday. when i got into the house, i opened the fridge door, the fridge is not longer properly assembled as they initially took out the doors. the doors are no longer closing and it makes funny sound when you open it. on top of this, only the deep freezer is working and the top part still not working. i took pictures and even called the office with no luck. i need someone to take this matter as a serious matter as the fridge cost me an arm and a leg to buy it and now its been almost 5 months living without fridge with no help from defy. since defy cant even fix their fridge, who will and on top of it they now messed up my new fridge. my fridge was s****ped by Defy and i demand defy to take full responsibility for their mess.your management also dont take customer service seriously as they have been called by me so many times. we even went to the office in Denver( joburg) can someone contact me: ********** 828 Portia Kigonya or Paul Kigonya on ********** 769 urgently before this escalation escalate further
