Defy Midrand (Thato) and Defy Centurion Repair center(Henny), Good Job in Making Defy Name Bad.

Have a new Defy Machine, that has been giving us a problems for over a year. Machine has now been repaired and checked more than 7 times, still has not been fixed. the recent repairs, Been picked up taken to the Defy Repair center in Centurion, the manager did Inspection says nothing Wrong, they kept the machine for 2 days, Technician brought the Machine Back, did a test Load, and the problem was still there, the Drum seems like it is knocking everything inside the machine. this was 2 weeks ago and still no feedback from repair Centre, 2. Finally Defy has Sent out they Technician after a Year, the Technician seems very understanding and apologized for them taking so long and the bad service from Defy repair center(ousourced company to repair for Defy), he recognized the problem and took a report back to Thato at Defy Midrand, since then no feedback, today they say it is because of Water pressure that is it doing this, so now we have the 8th issue. can you ever say that the Machine is leaking water and drum cerement knocking the top of the machine because of water pressure? we have moved houses in the last month and we having the issue from the previous place, and you say water pressure.

If you ever want to buy a defy machine, know it does not make sense to take a Warranty because it does not help, rather get an outsourced repair person who knows what is happening and might cost less than a warranty, and less time complaining and receiving no joy.

Defy Midrand and Defy Centurion Centre have made buying a Defy machine the worst experience ever.
