Defy Midrand Hell

Worst service I have ever experienced. The collected my appliance a week ago. Didn’t hear anything from them since then. When I phoned to follow up, they have no idea what I’m talking about, despite me giving them an exact job number. The manager, Charles, is incredibly rude. He says he will phone you back but then never does. And he’s not happy when you call him out on it. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Will definitely go elsewhere in future.
