Defy microwave ovens & their beeping

defy dmo392 microwave & grill. I am so disappointed in this expensive purchase. Firstly the door colour is so dark it's almost impossible to see inside and secondly it has proven impossible to switch off the never ending beeping at the end of a cooking cycle.
