Defy microwave dmo 356 worst experience ever

Baught a new defy dmo 365 42 litre microwave. I still have had not 1 day of pleasure with the microwave. The plate does not turn. Tried to log calls at call centre for assistance. No luck. Just the worst experience ever. Even tried to get tafelberg Furnitures to assist as i baught it from them. Like I said still no luck have a do called top of a range microwave that does not work from day one. Sooo disappointed and don't know who to turn to for help and assistance
