Defy Maxi**** 800 struggling to rinse and spin .

Defy Maxi**** with continous issues and I was never able to use it. Was always told of an uneven load which I stand to correct. I never enjoyed the use of this machine. Washing with my hands does a better job. Each time a Defy Tech came out I have been told the same thing. My complain is still the same and now apparently my machine is out of warranty and I have to pay for Defy services.. I dont get it the issue was never resolved in the first place. A youngster from Game , a Defy Brand person contacted me and am not sure I understand ..because she wasn't offering me solutions but only talking about warranted and guarentee...This machine dis not and does not perform the way it should. No joy here .
