Defy??? Make Life simpler LOOKS like making life HELL!!!!

<p>I Bought a defy washing machine april 2016, this was my biggest mistake. My machine broke it had a power out and did not want to switch on again. As we are in such a busy life and rush I took my machine to a technician which knows this machines better than any defy technician... Now it is out of warranty because they did not look at the machine??? So DEFY your services and quality is poor!!! You only sell machines to last 6 months, dont care about customer relations anymore... Everything is about money. I loved my machine..... Your attitude and not replacing my machine gave DEFY the worst name</p>
