Defy Lies - False Adverti*****t

<p>I bought a new Defy top loader 13kg from Makro Centurion and was guaranteed a breakaway week from them. We emailed all the necessary paperwork and did everything required. To date i have had no reply, phone call or feedback from them. This is complete flase advertising and they **** to get us to buy their product. We called Defy and sent an email to a Rox-Ann and still nothing. </p>
