DEFY left me Unsatisfied And Hurt

Extremely disappointed about the level of service defy has to offer yet my thinking of the brand must have been wrong and for that I will NOT recommend this brand to anyone if future

I hope this message pass out to a place we’re this can be heard Iv been struggling to fix and brand new fridge both this year for the past 6months with no success

I have been asking time and time again if this fridge can be swopped out for a brand new one as this one is literally damaged and regarded as second hand from the time bought as it has been making extremely load noises on random occasions also cheap plastic material had been used to manufacture product as the side door hold is brittle

I have been asking and logging service jobs for the past six month with no success and bull**** this experience had made me very upset as the technicians cannot resolve this issue and so for there managers giving me the run around

Please can I have a new fudge this will be the only thing that will make me happy as the one received makes me very unhappy
