Defy Leads the way with Customer Service

Its very seldom that I get such good service that I feel I need to rate a company on Hello Peter.

We bought a fridge from Defy via House and Home in Florida.

Since we bought it there have been 2 minor problems - one with the water dispenser and one with a freezer drawer. Defy has sent out 2 technicians who were so friendly and helpful that I didn't mind the inconvenience. My dispenser was fixed first time and they replaced my draw without an argument.
