Defy lack of Quality Control.

Bought Defy TLD156 washing machine at Makro. Setting up machine, no water or outlet pipes. Went back to Makro. No pipes on demo machine. Opened another box, no pipes. Must admit. Makro manager was very helpful but embarrassed and had to call in the Defy Rep. Eventually got pipes from another make of machine. Very poor QC from Defy! Caused much waste of time and inconvenience to both Makro and myself.
