Defy is useless 2 products faulty before 2 years wars

If I could give 1 star I would. I purchased a washer dryer combo and a freezer from Game Pavillion on the 5/10/2024. 24/03/2026 my freezer keeps me a problem I logged a fault, technician contacts me 5 weeks later and came out on the 23/04/2026. This week Monday my washing machine isn't working, it's not washing, water isn't coming through, but water is flooding my kitchen 1/06/2026. I was told a technician will be here today 05/06/2026. I've been calling since this morning because this is now urgent and nobody has an answer everyone keeps saying someone will call you back. I'm yet to be assisted and I can't go more than 2 weeks without washing clothes. I hate defy!!!
