DEFY is Terrible!

<p>I bought one of DEFY's stoves with gas hob, electrical owen. The gas hob still works fine, or 3 of the 4 burners works... But I can live with this. The oven heat setting knob on the other hand stopped working. After consulting with an electrical engineer regarding the source of the problem, it was clear there is a malfunction inside the stove unit which needs to be replaced. <br />The custormer service was utter pathetic, with rude staff and no help at all. I took it out of my own to find out the part number and put in an order. That was in the beginning of April 2016. Still waiting, 2 months down the line and no part and no correspondence whatsoever. I'm considering selling the stove as is, as I haven't had a cooked dinner in my own home for the last 2 months. I will definately never buy a DEFY product again!<br />I will go out of my way to let people know, not to buy DEFY appliances.</p>
