Defy is Pathetic

Its so disheartening that i reported my faulty fridge on the 9th of January and 20 days later there is no defy technician who have came to fix it. My meat was all rotten and now i cant have a normal life. Have gone to House and Home where i bought and they booked a job card number with defy and the latter promised to come but they never showed up. Its a day light ******* to buy these defy products.
