Defy is making me angry

We bought the 6kg washing machine @ GAME July 25 2019. The spinner and drainage system is not working it stopped working on the 18 January 2020, i have logged a call - reference number ***, they came and check it after i have made a follow up with them. The came on the 01 Feb 2020 and they told me that the PC unit is broken and they replace it. Today on the 04 Feb 2020 i called them and now they are telling me that they have to order the part @ Turkey. NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THAT OR HAVE A DECENCY TO SEND AN SMS TO TELL ME, When ask how long is it going to take, they are saying they dont know. LIKE REALLY.......
