Defy is going down the drain... Literally!

If I could give a 0 star I would. I had a machine that took 3months to get resolved. Parts are apparently never available. I then got a replacement unit (different model but still Defy). Plugged it in, did the first tub cleaning and... error message. Defy then organises someone to come out that cannot come out on a Saturday despite saying multiple times that we are not available during the week. It is then discovered that the inlet valve had a problem. A replacement was authorized last week Monday! I called the call centre and they told me the replacement was not authorized to them so I must contact the other call centre to follow up. They could not give me the contact details for this other call centre. Really guys? I have not received a call yet (over a week later) so I phoned to follow up and apparently they are delivering it tomorrow... DURING THE WEEK! Apparently Defy do not have 1 single contractor that can deliver a machine on a Saturday. Nor could they organise for someone to deliver it in the late afternoon. I must now wait by the phone and leave my work to organise this. Let's be real, it's no longer a case where the wife stays at home with kiddies. Both husband and wife have to work. So why not have a contractor that is able to deliver on a Saturday for those of us that work full time! Just frustrated at the lack of customer service and quality. I will never buy a Defy again. I have also spoken to numerous people that have said they have had endless problems with Defy. A shame considering I thought I was buying a reputable brand. Clearly not!
