Defy Is *******!

I’ve never used such a loud fridge, this thing is so loud and I have sent a complaint before and till today I regret why I bought this brand

I purchased a Defy Naturelight 555Lt Side by Side Fridge Freezer - DFF547 in October, It is the loudest thing in this house and I am not sure If I was sold a lie or just another sale gone wrong?
