Defy is a waste of your money

Fridge nearly a year old. Water everywhere, a dam underneath the crisp drawer, underneath the fridge, panels and drawers always wet and so are all the contents in the fridge. Technician inspected the fridge and called Defy. According to Defy it's the design nothing can be done. So they expect me to be thrilled. I purchased a fridge to keep the contents cold not wet. I definitely don't recommend anyone buying a defy product. It's not value for money. Its poorly designed.
