Defy is a terrible company to purchase from

If i could give 0 stars i would . This is a terrible brand and for a big company such as them , they should be better . Bought a fridge few months ago , and suddenly the freezer section is malfunctioning and we had to throw most stuff away , the call center takes forever to respond , infact we have to phone to see what's happening.
