Defy is ****!

I am utterly disgusted with the service and staff of defy. We have been waiting 5 days for them to send a technician to fix our refrigerator. I am extremely perturbed by them. How can you let people wait so long and the manager Craig has the audacity to tell me If he didn't have a spare fridge he would ask a friend for assistance. What kind of business are they running. No compassion for other people, their money. You people should not be in business!!!!
