DEFY INFERIOR APPLIANCES

Purchased a new DEFY DTL 155-DTL156 Top Loader Washing Machine in July 2021.From the first wash the machine was extremely noisy. Contacted Defy who send technician out. They replaced all 4 springs on a brand new machine which is very concerning. Machine was quiet for the first 3 or 4 washes and then began making a noise again. I took videos of the machine while it was washing and sent 3 emails to the Defy service department. To date all 3 emails have been ignored it seems as if Defy are not interested in assisting me further. Defy has always been a house hold name however if they are supplying inferior appliances to the public then we The Public have a right to now.
