Defy ineptitude

We bought a defy oven and within 3 weeks it stopped working and after requesting a replacement because its still under warrantee, we are given a job number and provided what was requested , we are still no closer to having a working oven, they are so nice on the phone but do not bother replying to emails , once this ordeal is over i will never ever buy a defy product again!
