DEFY- horrible service

I asked DEFY to come and help me with my appliances. They never came.

When I asked the contact service people to call me back with feedback, they never called.

The service from DEFY is horrible. Anyone must do themselves a favour and not buy DEFY products if they dont want headacges from DEFY
