Defy Holiday Promotion

<p>I bought a Defy washing machine and along with it came a Holiday Trip away. the instructions were clear and simple, so I filled out the application form, got the necessary codes and sent it to the Fax number on the application form. This was done in December 2016</p> <p>To date I have not received any feedback regarding the accommodation or whether it was approved</p> <p>I tried calling the contact numbers provided on the application forms well as the numbers I sourced from the internet yet it rings consistently with no answer says the queues are busy, but I tried numerous times of the day with no response. They are doing brand damage as well as damage to their own company</p> <p>Worst service ever. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will never buy a product from Defy again! They clearly dont care about their customers buy employing such unreliable companies as TLC marketing</p>
