Defy holiday giveaway ****

<p>A few months ago defy was running a promotion that if you buy a defy top or front loader washing machine you will get a guaranteed holiday free. During that time I bought a top loader and I followed all the steps regarding the holiday giveaway... the latest date to redeem the holiday was January and the holiday had to be taken before July 2017.. I contacted the company from December and to date no one has contacted me regarding setting a date or choosing a self catering resort.. I have submitted my forms on various occasions and I have emailed and called the company many times and I have just been ignored. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed tjat such a well known company would behave in such a manner. They completely misled their customers by promising a reward for purchasing one of their products. </p>
