Defy hob switches itself off

I would like to express my displeasure and disappointment at Defy. I bought a Defy hob at Makro Strubensvalley last year. The hob switches itself off while we are cooking. I then reported the fault at Makro and the call was forwarded to Defy. The call for the same thing was logged 3 times and i was waiting for the technician to come yesterday ' 27 Nov 2018' and they did not come. i called Makro to ask them what time they coming and they confirmed that they are still coming, they will contact me when they are on the way.

Today is Wednesday 28 November 2018 and I am still waiting for their call. I am still stuck with a hob that switches itself off and still waiting for Defy call. Can someone from Defy call me and come and sort out this problem and if they cant, can they please replace my stove.
